Resident Safety Is Our Number One Priority
Welcome to Charter Senior Living – Our focus is creating a move-in experience that meets your needs and maximizes safety for all. Once we collaborate with you, your loved one and any doctor or provider to complete a virtual assessment, here’s what you can expect.
Safety First
Comprehensive Protocols & Procedures – To help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus and provide comfort to families and residents alike. We have implemented comprehensive protocols and procedures and have adjusted the move-in process to support the health and safety of current and future residents and staff.
Health Protocols
Cleaning & Sanitizing Efforts – We have increased our cleaning and sanitizing efforts and frequency to ensure that our community is not only a pleasant place to live in, but safe as well.
Move-In Day – Our staff will be assisting with moving your loved one’s furniture and personal items on the day of move-in. This process allows for limited exposure and improved infection control.
In-Suite Transition
Dedicated Transitional Area – When first moving in, new residents will temporarily reside in our furnished dedicated transition suites. A COVID-19 test will be performed and after a negative test comes back, your loved one will move into their permanent home.
Personalized Engagement
Daily Programming – While your loved one is waiting for their COVID-19 test results, our leadership and programming staff will be visiting daily to assure a warm and personalized transition. Activities will be tailored to your loved one’s favorite hobbies and interests.
